Malta, 16 March 2015:
An explosion occurred late last night or very early this morning outside the base of Umm Maarek brigade, part of the Al-Mahjoub battalion in the Aburoya area west of the city of Misrata.
The explosive device was believed to have been detonated inside a car parked outside the base.
There are unconfirmed reports of one dead and several injuries.
