Misrata, 4 August 2013:
Security forces have arrested a man suspected of murdering a soldier in Misrata on Wednesday, according to the Libyan news agency LANA. Abdullah Imran Arfidah was shot on Wednesday.
The authorities do not believe that the killing was politically motivated. It is reported that the primary motivation was a disagreement between the victim and the man who shot him.
Investigations are continuing.
