Tripoli, 12 December 2015:

Another member of the Libyan National Commission for Human Rights has been seized by gunmen in Tripoli.  Hamza Ahmed Abdel-Hakim, the group’s rapporteur, was abducted yesterday, the commission has said.  It gave no further details of the kidnapping.

In February two other senior NCHR figures, Alhadi Ben Taleb and a board member Ali Alosta were grabbed by gunmen in broad daylight in Tripoli’s Almadar Street.
