Malta, 11 February 2015:
Tobruk’s , Hariga port has reopened according to the NOC.
The port was closed on Saturday morning by striking Petroleum Facilities Guards (PFG) who had complained that they had not been paid.
The NOC further stated that the port was expecting a cargo ship carrying petrol.
