Tripoli, 13 April 2013:

Libyan Airlines has launched a new flight from Beida's Labrak Airport, to Ataturk Airport in Istanbul.

The flight departs every Thursday, Libyan Airlines reports.

Last Thursday, Libyan Airlines launched flights from Tripoli International Airport to Djerba, Tunisia, as the local airliner attempts to fill the void left by a number of European airliners that have recently suspended flights to Libya due to security concerns at Tripoli International Airport.
