Awoken by the sound of a crash yesterday morning, local residents in the capital’s Drebi district were astounded to find a car propped against a wall. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
With double and even triple parking a growing menace in Tripoli, reducing traffic flows and even block roads altogether, is this the answer to the parking problem?
