Tripoli, 26 October 2013:
The Third Administrative Court of Tripoli's Court of Appeal has overturned decision No. 382 of 2013 issued by the Politican Isolation Law Standards Commission on 22 April disbarring the head of the Audit Bureau branch at Jmail, Ragdoleen and Zultan, Khalifa Abdel-Salam Kaal.
Rulings by the Commission are not final and those affected can appeal to the courts to reverse them at the Appeals Court and against at the Supreme Court.
