The Integrity Commission has issued its latest list of individuals who have been judged to have been too closely involved with the Qaddafi regime and therefore disbarred from working in state institutions.

Four are currently employed at Benghazi University.  They are:

  • Abdul Rahman Saleh Bakkar Amraif, Head of the History Department, Faculty of Arts and Sciences;
  • Jamal Mohamed Saad Aldaghari, Director of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Faculty of Economics;
  • Fathi Mohammed Ali Karad, Assistant;
  • Muftah Abdul Salam Al-Shukri, Director of Administration.
Another four are with the National Commercial Bank. They are:
  • Musbah Mohammed Tibar,  Ghat branch manager;
  • Abdul Rahman Abdul Hamid Attiwah, Director of Administration;.
  • Abdullah Mohammed Abukhashim,  Ameria branch manager;
  • Saad Salheen Abubakar Milad, Director of Haisha Jadida branch.
All can appeal the rulings through the courts.
