Tripoli, 11 July:

The High National Election Commission released its latest figures on Monday evening on voting for parties.

So far, the National Forces Alliance (NFA) led by Mahmoud Jibril has taken 54 percent of the vote nationally and the Justice and Construction Party (J&C) is second on 12 percent.

Seats still have to allocated on the basis of how parties have fared, but so far out of the 52 seats fully or partially declared, figures indicate that the NFA are on course to take 28 of them,  J&C 10, the Union for Homeland and the National Central Party two apiece and ten others one each.
