Tripoli, 13 July:

On Thursday evening, the High National Election Commission announced the latest results for the 80 seats reserved for parties in the National Congress elections. All the party list constituencies have had a declaration, although none so far has had a 100-percent declaration.

On present results, the National Forces Alliance of Mahmoud Jibril would win 40 seats of the 80 allocated to parties, the Justice and Construction Party 18,the National Front 3, the National Central Party 2,  the Union for Homeland 2 and 15 others one each.
